Springfield Country Hotel Leisure Club & Spa

My daughter treated me to a spa day for my Mother’s Day present. We had a fantastic time. We both had a massage by Lilly which was really good. We then used the pool, jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. It was very relaxing. We also had afternoon tea for two which was superb, good choice of sandwiches and lovely scones, warm with cream and jam :) we will definitely come back as it was also reasonably priced. Thank you everyone at The Springfield!

Very nice hotel and grounds. The food was good and the room we had was adequate. Generally the pool and spa was good but the changing rooms and the steam room could do with a refresh. Would go back though as overall impressed.

We stayed here with our kids for a birthday weekend away. The staff are lovely and were really helpful allowing us an extra pull out bed so I didn’t need to sleep right next to my snoring partner. The pool/jacuzzi area was nice. The only negative was the showers are not great in the pool changing rooms. Cooked breakfast was night. I think it was great value for money.

Stayed there this weekend following a swift exit from another venue that was not up to par. After a quick call direct to Springfields the team soon found us a family room as there was 2 adults one child. Hotel sits in lovely grounds and has fabulous facilities. All of the team we met were all very friendly. We did have an issue with hot water in our room but the team offered us options which was fair. We made use of the pool and other facilities. Food was ok, I agree with other reviews that it’s ok but nothing to particularly excited over. Good selection of beers. Good breakfast again all very standard cooked in bulk but we all eat what we wanted but food is a bit on the pricy side for what it is. Other than the above the interior including our room looks a little tired in places but that said it was very clean and I would recommend it as a place to stay and I would happily stay there again. Thanks for looking after us that weekend:)

Came here for a Spa Day with my Daughter for her 30th Birthday. I booked through Groupon, but was told before booking (I had to phone up to ask a couple of questions) that I could book direct with the Hotel and they would match the Groupon price. That was the first thing that impressed me. We used the gym, which was nice and quiet and had a good range of equipment. We then went for a swim. Indoor pool was a bit nippy, but not too bad and fine once you were under. Steam room and jacuzzi were great also. Robes and slippers were provided. I would say bring your own flip-flops/sliders as the slippers provided were very flimsy and didn't stay on your feet well. We had a massage and a facial with Mandy. This was the first spa treatment I've had (I had the facial) and it was lovely, very relaxing. Mandy was friendly and pleasant. Afternoon tea was very nice. I had the Vegan option. The Vegan scones and cakes were lovely - definitely better than the sandwiches, but I appreciate that Vegan cheese/ham and Tofu is what it is, so no points deducted there. The food was plentiful too, we couldn't finish it. Plenty of tea also. The Hotel had an old fashioned charm, and the grounds were lovely. We will explore them next time, it wasn't great weather on this visit. Thoroughly enjoyed the day, and we will be back.

Lovely staff and place. Definitely recommend. Even my partner kicked my out from bed because off my snoring. Still manage to have great sleep on bathroom floor, plenty space definitely recommend

What a gem this place is, clean facilities throughout, helpful staff. Great location for exploring the Isle of purbeck. Highly recommend

Love this place, its ina stunning location, with spectacular views!! The sounds are peaceful and tranquil!! The staff are friendly and welcoming!! Facilities are really good!! Definitely recommend
